Boris Becker has sympathy for Tiger Woods

BERLIN (AP)—Former tennis great Boris Becker says he sympathizes with TigerWoods, who is taking an indefinite break from golf after admitting toinfidelities.
According to the Bild newspaper, the German said during a taping of the“Beckmann” TV show that will be aired later Monday that he was surprised bythe “dimensions and frequency” of Woods’ alleged affairs.
As far as the controversy goes, the 42-year-old Becker says he “experiencedthe same thing, and can sympathize with him.”
Becker has two sons with his former wife, Barbara, and a daughter from abrief relationship with a London-based model. He married Lilly Kerssenberg thisyear, and they are now expecting a child.
